Sounds of horns resound through forests of Enel cabins on the burning edges of urban margins,
the splash of axes adds up to the clinking
of armor inlaid with textures of optical fibers and microchips;
the fires of bandits warm the darkness of stock-market collapses,
raising songs of self-deception.
Bacaudae we are, Bacaudae,
fleeing from circumscribed cultural ghettos
amid vast latifundia colonized
by tireless men in their sixties and seventies,
the guardians of Western culture.
We are Bacaudae, in irreparable friction with the authoritarian submissiveness
of a generation mother to every debt, national and international,
an island that does not retreat in a sea of surrendered thirty-year-olds
(the famous Mediterranean “mama’s boys”), an army exiled from the serenity
of the mid-century economic boom,
we are Bacaudae.
Headsets thunder in call centers, pallet bonfires burn in distribution hubs,
packs of exhausted men surrender before the shutters of shopping malls;
no reaction comes from constituted authority, though its collateral damage is sensed
in the new ideologies of flexibility and furlough schemes,
which massacre, at random, defenseless solitudes.
Bacaudae,
we are, Bacaudae,
in nights spent turning and overturning among burning embers,
in anxiety, anguish, fitness and diets,
in every sense of uselessness; we shall surrender only to the murder
of our dreams, measured to the sound of our songs of revolt.
Ivan Pozzoni was born in Monza in 1976. He introduced

Información Filosófica; he is, or has been, creator of the series Esprit (Limina Mentis), Nidaba (Gilgamesh Edizioni) and Fuzzy (deComporre). It contains a fortnight of autogérées socialistes edition houses. He wrote 150 volumes, wrote 1000 essays, founded an avant-garde movement (NéoN-avant-gardisme, approved by Zygmunt Bauman), with a millier of movements, and wrote an Anti-manifesto NéoN-Avant-gardiste. This is mentioned in the main university manuals of literature history, philosophical history and in the main volumes of literary criticism. His book La malattia invettiva wins Raduga, mention of the critique of Montano et Strega. He is included in the
Atlas of contemporary Italian poets of the University of Bologne and figures à plusieurs reprized in the great international literature review of
Gradiva. His verses are translated into 25 languages. In 2024, after six years of total retrait of academic studies, he return to the Italian artistic world and melts the
NSEAE Kolektivne (New socio/ethno/aesthetic anthropology).
