Fistful of Tears

Let’s join a war
With feasting
And dancing
With strong mechanisms
Of hating
Using stones to unfurl homes
To hit people and hurt them

Let’s join this war
To use sacred armaments
And to belittle the scroll of
Peace

Let’s join this and another one
And another one
Let’s see peace among
A rubble of children
And parents too, consigned
To a nether world of bones
And rattle of skeletons

Let’s join this and another one
And another one, till we all fight
With fistful of tears
